Data & Privacy Notice

By submitting activity data and comments to this site, you agree to the following:

• What we collect: The information you choose to submit — your name or chosen identifier, activity logs, and any notes you add.
• Where it's stored: Your data is hosted on Railway, a third-party cloud platform. You can read more about their security practices at railway.com.
• How we use it: Your submissions will be visible to other participants in the challenge and used internally to track progress, celebrate milestones, and report on the charity effort. We will not share, sell, or publish your data outside the group.
• Your choice: Only submit information you're comfortable sharing with the group. Avoid including sensitive personal details in your notes.
• Removal: If you'd like your data removed at any time, speak to your Finli Relay organiser and we'll delete it.
